Saturday 6th June – Mindfulness, learn and practise some of the methods of mindfulness – 09:30 – 13:00 St Andrew’s Church, Albert Road RG4 7AW. Led by Tim Stead, Mindfulness teacher, author and former vicar. The cost is £20 – although if cost alone would prohibit attendance just say: financial assistance is available. Meanwhile, if you want to practise meditating with others, a few of us (4-10) meet every Monday to Saturday at 09:00 in the church for 20 minutes when we are ‘Silent Together’.
